Mario Fartacek is a passionate music-producer, sound-designer and composer based in Vienna. He is well known as one half of a Austrian-Amadeus-Award winning electronic-pop duo Mynth.

Over the past years, he has developed into one of the most versatile talents within the Austrian music scene, producing for renowned artists such as Steaming Satellites, Telquist, Mynth, Carson Coma, Please Madame, Pippa and many more.


Mario is also known as an exceptional songwriter. He was nominated for the 2024 Austrian Amadeus Awards as Best Songwriter together with Pippa and Giovanna Fartacek.

Besides his work in music production, he is part of the Skygaze-formation Good Wilson, as well as being a member of  the newly founded supergroup Bon Jour. Additionally, Mario is the co-founder of the Vienna-based record label Assim Records. His unparalleled connection to music arises from the fusion of a decade's worth of music industry expertise with his own journey as a musician and sonic enthusiast.

This interdisciplinary approach empowers him to engage clients and artists on multiple levels. Informed by his master's degree in psychology, he has delved extensively into the realm of group dynamics, adeptly curating optimal environments for diverse creative processes.


Together with his twin sister, he runs the publishing edtion GEMELLI under the roof of bluejay/inkmusic.
